Officer turnover is a common phenomenon which many organizations are facing today. The anchor for officers to stay with us is our organizational culture. For example, organizational culture at NB+ refers to a system of shared values and standards that define appropriate attitudes and behaviors for members of our organization. Our organizational culture is based around fundamental and solid human values. It is one of the fundamental factors in developing and maintaining a high level of organizational commitment among employees. We think our organizational culture has a direct influence on staff satisfaction and commitment, and turnover intention. However, organizational culture must be accompanied by several retention strategies, such as:
- Career Planning;
- Financial Support;
- Flexible Work Time;
- Contract Agreements;
- Rewards and Recognition;
- Employee Suggestion Plans;
- Annual Performance Appraisal;
- Mentoring / Coaching Sessions;
- Stock Investment Opportunities;
- Training and Development Opportunities.
”Work on the intentions of your employees, it's to proactively manage...

Good employees are the lifeblood of any good organization. To this end, your business cannot afford to lose its officers or star members within its administration. It is the challenge for HR managers to identify the right retention strategies. Each employee should be assessed on a case-by-case basis according to their own circumstances (Is it a related need: welfare benefits, personal satisfaction, organisation culutre, etc.) .
Good communication is necessary to generate an environment conducive to worker retention. The best way to improve employee retention is to work on the intention to stay (act upstream). So, we have to understand what the employees want from our organization, in order to consider providing it to them. Indeed, it is not possible to satisfy all the demands of all employees. But NB+tries to make employees feel that employees are the most valuable in their eyes. By applying appropriate HR practices and policies, NB+ attempts to instill this sentiment among its employees.
